We would like to thank Mr and Mrs Donson of Wells-next-the-sea for their kind donation to Fakenham & District first responders.

The money has been used to buy a pulse-oximeter and a training defibrillator.We are extremely gratefull and the group will benefit from their generosity for many years to come.

This year over 80 decorated Christmas trees were on display at Fakenham Parish Church, each tree dedicated to a local charity or volunteer project.

Helpers from the church and the organisations involved volunteered over the 5 day event welcoming visitors and manning the busy tea and cake stall and cafe.

The Fakenham and district Responder tree was kindly sponsored by Fakenham Masonic (Joppa) Lodge with particular thanks to Roger Hathaway for organising the tree.

Our collection bucket raised a total of £242 donated by visitors.

Overall the event raised £40,000, a record level compared to previous years.
